This competition gives our talents a chance to share their abilities, grow as a team and be recognized for their performance, commented Michael Wu, Regional General Manager for InterContinental Hotels Group \u0096 Beijing.<\/p>\n<p>Competition guidelines specifically highlighted that items presented were to be high in nutritional value, low in calories and tastefully displayed throughout the three courses: appetizer, main course, dessert.
