In particular, a recent&amp;nbsp;<!--StartFragment --><font size=\"-1\">Civil Aviation Administration&amp;nbsp;of&amp;nbsp;China (CAAC)<\/font> report estimates that 76% of those agencies based in Beijing lack adequate qualifications to conduct business.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>CAAC's North China Branch has decided they will check over Beijing's ticket agencies, particularly focusing on those promoting unregulated airfares and illegal commissions.<\/p>\n<p>Afterwards, CAAC will profile and publish the names of the illegal outlets.
