{"id":34693,"date":"2005-08-19T22:52:39","date_gmt":"2005-08-19T14:52:39","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.chinahospitalitynews.com\/2005\/08\/19\/french-city-invites-xiamen-seaside-hotel-chefs-to-culinary-festival\/"},"modified":"2005-08-19T22:52:39","modified_gmt":"2005-08-19T14:52:39","slug":"french-city-invites-xiamen-seaside-hotel-chefs-to-culinary-festival","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.chinahospitalitynews.com\/cn\/2005\/08\/19\/34693\/","title":{"rendered":"French City Invites Xiamen Seaside Hotel Chefs To Culinary Festival"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img decoding=\"async\" height=\"60\" src=\"http:\/\/www.chinahospitalitynews.com\/images\/xiamenseasidehotel_logo_120x60.gif\" width=\"120\" align=\"right\">The city of Chateau-Renault in the Loire Valley in France recently invited the International Seaside Hotel from Xiamen to the First FIAC International Culinary Art Festival.<\/p>\n<p><a><\/p>\n<p><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The festival was held from July 25 to 31 in cooperation with the UNICEF, at the banquet hall next to the local castle.<\/p>\n<p>30 chefs from 5 different countries (Syria, Ireland, Hungary, Turkey and China) offered for the entire week, to a large public, genuine and original flavors and tastes with folk music from their own respective countries.<\/p>\n<p>The Seaside Hotel presented a highly skilled team, orchestrated by the executive Chef Wu Yi Hong, to be the ambassador of the Chinese gastronomy. The Chinese evening has been the most popular venue with a large attendance of a couple of hundreds guests.
