On April 12, the China National Tourism Administration (CNTA) ordered all Chinese travel agents to cancel group tours to Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand following problems encountered when Chinese citizens were abroad. In one incident, 20 Chinese tourists were robbed of their passports by their travel agent.<\/p>\n
