Instead, Regal plans to develop 618,000-square-foot hotel and casino site in Macau alone.<\/p>\n<p><a><\/p>\n<p><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Regal and Sands had originally signed an agreement in March to build hotels and casinos together, but this week Regal announced that talks have been stopped.
