As shown by the prices, the hotels in Sanya are becoming more rational this year with their general room prices dropping by RMB800-RMB1000, a decline of around 30%.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Sheraton Sanya, whose Spring Festival pricing has often been regarded as a reference by other hotels in the region, has launched its quoted price for next year's Spring Festival: RMB3600 for a Golf Room and RMB5500 for a Luxury Sea View Room. Local media report that both are cheaper than those rates of the previous year. <\/p>\n<p>Holiday Inn Sanya and others have also reduced their prices by around RMB500. <\/p>\n<p>Local media report that hotels in Sanya over-estimated the market last year and raised their prices during the Spring Festival.
