The property covers a construction area of 46,419 square meters and consists of 26 floors above ground and a single floor below ground. It has 314 guestrooms; a lounge of more than 1,100-square-meters in area; a ballroom and eight meeting rooms of different sizes; as well as multifunction rooms which can host over 800 guests for banquets or meetings; an indoor swimming pool; sauna rooms; KTV rooms; a fitness center; and a tennis court.<\/p>\n<p>The hotel has an investment of RMB320 million from Molybdenum Industry Group of Luoyang and is managed by the Hong Kong based Lee Gardens International Group.
