It is located on Yongqiang Avenue, Longwan, two kilometers from the Wenzhou Yongqiang Airport. The hotel covers a construction area of 82,000 square meters and the total investment is CNY460 million. <\/p>\n<p>The hotel has over 400 rooms including suites, apartments and villas, and over 470 car parking spaces. It is scheduled to open at the beginning of 2009.<\/p>\n<p>Currently, Jinling Hotels &#038; Resorts Corporation manages 66 hotels and resorts in China.
