He will also oversee business in Shangri-La Hotel, Qingdao; Shangri-La Hotel, Harbin; Shangri-La Hotel, Changchun; and Traders Hotel, Shenyang. He is a graduate of Nanjing University and has a PH.D in human resources management. A veteran hotelier, he has spent over 20 years in hotel management and in hotel talent education and training.
