Currently its management portfolio includes Zhejiang World Trade Center Grand Hotel in Hangzhou and the World Trade Center Plaza Hangzhou. <\/p>\n<p>The two three-star hotels that the company has signed are: the Huafeng Hotel, which opened in 1995 as the first three-star foreign-oriented hotel in Yiwu; and the Chengzhongcheng Hotel, a comprehensive hotel invested in and built by the Yiwu Economic Development Zone Management Committee, and awarded three-star qualifications in May 2000. <\/p>\n<p>Zhejiang Narada Hospitality Service Company has signed a 15-year lease agreement for the Huafeng Hotel, and a 12-year agreement for the Chengzhongcheng Hotel.
