Ctrip.com has launched a resort information center in Sanya — the first time that the company has opened a resort information center in a tour destination.

This also means that the resort business of Ctrip.com will have a new operational and service pattern.

Ctrip.com said that the services of this center will include information on destinations in Sanya, and offering recommendations and reservations for Sanya tour products to members of Ctrip.com.

Sanya is one of major tour destinations for Ctrip.com customers — most of the tourists booking visits to the city on Ctrip.com are FIT. According to Ctrip.com's statistics, the company sends more than 400,000 tourists to Sanya every year.
