Deane Dai has been appointed as the new director of sales and marketing for Crowne Plaza Paragon Xiamen.

Previously, Dai worked for the Starwood and Marriott groups for almost 10 years, mainly in charge of sales, catering, and conventions. Before his current role, he was the director of sales for the opening of Renaissance Beijing Capital Hotel.
