Sophie Xue has been appointed director of sales and marketing of Hilton Hangzhou Qiandao Lake Resort.

She has a wealth of experience spanning over 20 years in international brand hotels. For 10 years she was in charge of marketing and sales aspects of several international hotel companies in Chongqing and
Hangzhou before joining Hilton Worldwide in 2011. In addition she has
acted as a part time teacher, teaching hotel marketing in Chongqing Technology and Business University between 2005 and 2006. Prior to this appointment Xue was director of sales at Crowne Plaza Chongqing Riverside.
