China Resumes Fuel Surcharges For Domestic Routes

The National Development and Reform Commission and China's General Administration of Civil Aviation have jointly issued a circular concerning the new policy for collection of fuel surcharges for domestic air routes, saying the fuel surcharge will be linked to airlines' jet fuel costs, and airlines can decide themselves when and how much to collect.
