Hilton Shanghai's management team led by General Manager, Volkmar Ruebel, recently participated in a 2-day Emergenetics Team Building Workshop with invited guest facilitator Deborah Peterson of Immergy Center, Singapore. The workshop gave a snapshot of thinking and behavorial preferences of the 29 participants using a brain profiling instrument called Emergenetics.
