Beijing Travel Agencies: Only 24% Are Qualified
Illegal travel agencies and ticket dealers have surfaced with the approach of the peak summer holiday travel season. In particular, a recent Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC) report estimates that 76% of those agencies based in Beijing lack adequate qualifications to conduct business.
