Fujian Initiates Program To Promote Tourism

According to People's Daily, Fujian province in China will join forces with the travel authorities of both mainland China and Taiwan to initiate a program to attract more mainland tourists to visit Jinmen, Mazu, Penghu, and Taiwan Island via Fujian.

Taiwan Welcomed 100,000 Tourists From Mainland China

According to Chinese media, as at March 12, 2009, Taiwan had received more than 100,000 tourists from mainland China.
